Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your use of highendfire.shop and any purchases or distributor orders you make with us. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with any part, please don't use the site or buy from us.
High End Fire Collectables ("High End Fire", "we", "us", "our") is a sole-trader business based in Australia. Contact: jonathon@highendfire.shop.
1. Who Can Buy
You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent/guardian's permission, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal right to use the payment method you submit.
2. The Goods We Sell
We sell collectable trading cards (Pokémon, One Piece, Dragon Ball and others), sealed product, retro video games and related collectibles. Most items are 1-of-1, second-hand, vintage, or limited stock. Quantities listed on the site are accurate at time of publishing but stock can change in real time.
Condition descriptions
We grade and photograph every item before listing. Condition descriptions (e.g. NM, Mint, Near Mint, PSA-graded) are our reasonable opinion based on visual inspection — not a third-party guarantee unless the item is sold in a slab from a recognised grading company (PSA, BGS, CGC). Photos form part of the description and you should review them carefully before buying.
3. Pricing & GST
- All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
- Where GST applies, it is included in the displayed price.
- Shipping is calculated at checkout (or stated on the product page).
- Prices may change at any time. Once an order is placed and accepted, the price you paid is locked in.
4. Placing an Order
When you submit an order through our checkout, that's an offer to buy. We accept the offer when we email you an order confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel orders before despatch if:
- The item has been sold elsewhere or is otherwise unavailable
- There's been a clear pricing or listing error
- We can't verify your payment or shipping details
- We reasonably suspect fraudulent activity
If we cancel before despatch, we'll refund any payment you've made in full.
5. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout via Stripe and other secure third-party providers. We don't store your card details. By submitting payment, you confirm you're authorised to use the payment method.
6. Shipping
- We ship from Australia domestically and internationally.
- Most domestic orders ship within 1–2 business days of cleared payment.
- All orders are sent tracked and insured. A signature may be required at delivery.
- Shipping times stated on the site or at checkout are estimates from the courier — not guarantees. We're not responsible for courier delays once an order has left our hands.
- For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by your country's authorities.
Risk and ownership
Risk passes to you when the goods are delivered to the address you provided (or to a person you've authorised, e.g. via parcel locker or signed delivery). Ownership passes to you when we have received cleared payment in full.
7. Distributor & Wholesale Orders
We accept enquiries from licensed distributors, hobby stores and wholesale buyers for bulk and case-quantity sealed product. Wholesale orders are subject to additional terms:
- Wholesale pricing is provided by direct quote — not the public website price.
- Minimum order quantities and lead times will be confirmed in writing before invoicing.
- Payment is required in cleared funds before goods are despatched, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
- Wholesale stock is sold for resale and is excluded from "change of mind" returns. Statutory consumer guarantees still apply where the buyer is a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law.
- You agree not to misrepresent the origin or condition of any goods purchased from us when reselling.

8. Returns, Refunds & Consumer Rights
Our refund and returns policy lives on a separate page — see our Refund Policy for the detail. In short:
- Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You're entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
- You're also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
- "Change of mind" returns are not generally accepted on graded slabs, sealed product, or one-of-one collectibles.
9. Authenticity
We sell only items we have personally inspected. Where an item is graded by a recognised third party (PSA, BGS, CGC) the grading company's authenticity guarantee is yours to rely on. For raw cards and sealed product, we use our judgement and experience as collectors and stand behind anything we describe as authentic. If you have grounds to believe something purchased from us is not authentic, contact us immediately so we can investigate.
10. Intellectual Property
The trading card brands, character names, set names and logos shown on this site (including but not limited to Pokémon, One Piece, Dragon Ball, Bandai, The Pokémon Company) are owned by their respective rights holders. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of those companies. We list these names solely to identify the items we are reselling.
All other content on highendfire.shop — including the site design, photography of our stock, written copy, layouts and the High End Fire name and logo — is the property of High End Fire Collectables and may not be copied, reproduced or republished without written permission.
11. Acceptable Use of the Site
You agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these terms
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems
- Scrape, copy or systematically download our product catalogue or photography
- Interfere with or disrupt the site, our orders, or other users' use of the site
12. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Subject to that, our total liability to you in connection with any product or your use of this site is limited (at our option) to: re-supplying the relevant goods, repairing the goods, or refunding the price you paid. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss (including loss of profits, loss of resale value, or loss of expected investment return).
13. Investment Disclaimer
Collectibles are not a guaranteed investment. Past price performance of trading cards, sealed product or other collectibles is not a reliable indicator of future value. Anything we say about an item being "investment grade", "rising in value" or similar is the opinion of a long-time collector, not financial advice. Buy what you love and what you can afford to hold.
14. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always lives at highendfire.shop/terms and is dated at the top of the page. Changes apply from the date the new version is posted. Existing orders are governed by the terms in force when the order was placed.
16. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. You and we both submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia, Australia.
