High End Fire Collectables ("High End Fire") is an Australian sole-trader business operating highendfire.shop. We are an independent reseller of trading cards, sealed product, retro video games and related collectables.

We list these names solely to identify the genuine, second-hand or new collectable items we are reselling. All trademarks, service marks, trade names and logos are the property of their respective owners.
3. Site Content & Accuracy
We take care to make sure descriptions, photos, prices and stock levels on the site are accurate. Even so, errors can occasionally occur. If we discover a clear error in pricing or listing details before your order ships, we may cancel and refund the order — see our Terms & Conditions for the detail.
Photos shown on the site represent the specific item for sale wherever possible. For sealed product or stock items, photos may be representative of the product line rather than the specific unit you'll receive — this will be clear from the listing.
4. Investment Disclaimer
Trading cards, sealed product and other collectibles are not financial products. Anything we say on this site about value, scarcity, demand, "investment grade", or future price direction is the opinion of a long-time collector — not financial, investment or tax advice. Past prices are not a reliable indicator of future prices. Buy what you love, only spend what you can afford, and seek independent advice if you're treating collectibles as an investment.
5. Authenticity
We sell only items we have personally inspected. Where an item is encapsulated by a recognised grading company (PSA, BGS, CGC), the grading company's authenticity guarantee is yours to rely on. For raw cards and sealed product, we use our judgement and experience as collectors. If you ever have grounds to believe something purchased from us is not authentic, contact us immediately — see our Refund Policy.
6. External Links
The site may link to external resources (e.g. Instagram, TikTok, grading-company sites, news articles). We have no control over the content, privacy practices or availability of those external sites and we are not responsible for them. Following an external link is at your own risk.
7. No Warranties Beyond Those Required by Law
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law (and without limiting any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded), we make no warranties about:
- The site being uninterrupted or error-free
- The site being free from viruses or harmful components
- The accuracy, completeness or reliability of any third-party content shown on the site
8. Limitation of Liability
Nothing on this page or anywhere else on the site excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Subject to that, our total liability to you in connection with any product or your use of this site is limited (at our option) to: re-supplying the relevant goods, repairing the goods, or refunding the price you paid. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss.
